My solo show consists of original music and American standards played on bassoon using a variety of electronics, loops, and improvisation. A new presentation of jazz that meets the public's demand for exciting new sounds.

Glen Campbell's classic song "Wichita Lineman" using a combination of live performance and pre-recorded loops.

This is an electric bassoon solo version of the Wayne Shorter classic.

I am seeking a residency opportunity in which I can perform both as a solo artist and with other resident artists. ​

What I Need:
  • ONE (1) working quality sound monitor speaker

  • A Front Of House (FOH) sound desk

  • ONE (1) sound technician to set up the FOH sound desk. This could be done in soundcheck. After soundcheck-sound technician should have minimal responsibility.

  • 1 set of left and right XLR cables to the sound desk (2 XLR cables) 

  • 2 additional XLR cables to the sound desk

  • 1 direct box for additional XLR cable (for Infinity Looper that is wired to the sound desk)

  • 1 KM184 or similar high quality microphone for ambient acoustic bassoon

  • 1 microphone stand for the high quality microphone

  • 1 stool

 

The first set of XLR cables will be connected to my Line 6 Helix effects pedal. The third XLR cable will be connected to a direct box-which will be connected to my loop station. The fourth XLR cable will be connected to the high quality microphone
